When you submit your unboxing video, you’re giving us permission to showcase it on our platforms, including our website & social media.

Processing Time:Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer.
Shipping Methods:We offer standard & expedited shipping options. Shipping times & costs vary based on location & selected method.
Delivery Issues:Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Orders will be delivered in 7-10 working days

Eligibility: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged/defective or a wrong order is received.Items must be unused, in original packaging, & in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom orders, & opened yarn packages are non-returnable
Return Process: If you receive a damaged/defective item or a wrong order, please contact us at ask@yarnnagri.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return process. For seamless refund we require an unboxing video without any cuts/edits of your order.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable..

Yarnnagri.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
